About

I am a Jungian psychoanalyst dedicated to helping people explore their inner world and uncover the deeper roots of their emotional life. My work focuses on understanding the unconscious mind—those hidden thoughts, feelings, and patterns that shape how you experience relationships, love, work, and life itself.

Rather than offering surface-level advice or quick fixes, I work in-depth with what truly causes suffering: unresolved conflicts, emotional wounds, repetitive life patterns, and the parts of yourself that feel unknown or divided. Together, we explore the meaning behind your struggles, so that change happens from within.

My Approach

It is depth-oriented, meaning I focus on the root causes of emotional pain rather than just treating surface symptoms. I work with the belief that every symptom, conflict, or emotional struggle carries meaning—it is a message from the unconscious that wants to be understood.

In our work together, I help you explore:

  • Unconscious Patterns
Repeated emotional cycles, relationship patterns, and inner conflicts often come from unprocessed experiences. By understanding where they come from, they begin to change naturally.

  • Inner Division and Conflict
Many people feel torn between what they want and what they “should” do. We explore this inner conflict to help you reconnect with your authentic self rather than living from anxiety, guilt, or expectation.

  • Emotional Truth
Instead of avoiding pain, we work through it. Growth happens when we face what has been hidden and listen to what your emotions are trying to tell you.

  • Symbolic Meaning
The unconscious speaks through symbols—dreams, images, slips of the tongue, and even physical tension. These are not random. They reveal what the conscious mind has not yet seen.

  • Individuation
The goal is not perfection, but wholeness. Over time, therapy helps you become who you are—an integrated, grounded, and self-directed person able to live with purpose and inner freedom.

My role is not to judge, fix, or give superficial advice. I create a space where your deeper truth can emerge. Transformation is not forced—it unfolds through insight, honesty, and inner work.

My Background

It began with a degree in Letters at the University of São Paulo – where I studied literature, language, and linguistics. That early foundation shaped how I listen, think, and understand human experience.

Later, I trained in counselling and psychotherapy, where I first developed a deep interest in the complexity of the human mind. It was through that work that I discovered psychoanalysis and fell in love with its depth and its unique way of listening to human suffering.

Within psychoanalysis, I encountered the work of Jacques Lacan and Carl Jung. My work is rooted in the theories of Carl Jung and classical psychoanalysis, bringing together depth psychology with a modern understanding of how the brain and emotions interact.

I focus on the exploration of the unconscious and the hidden forces that shape human behaviour, emotional life, and personal struggles. My professional path has been dedicated to understanding the meaning behind emotional suffering, unresolved inner conflict, and repetitive life patterns that limit personal freedom and fulfilment.

Wanting to explore this even further, I went on to study neuropsychoanalysis and evolutionary psychology – fields that connect the inner world of subjectivity with the body, the brain, and our evolutionary roots. These disciplines added new layers to my understading, helping me see the full picture: how biology, culture, language, and meaning all shape the human experience.

My professional path has been dedicated to understanding the meaning behind emotional suffering, unresolved inner conflict, and repetitive life patterns that limit personal freedom and fulfilment.

My style is clear, grounded, and honest. I work with emotional truth rather than empty positivity, because genuine change begins when we have the courage to face ourselves and understand the deeper meaning of our experience.

Mission

My mission is to guide people toward a deeper understanding of themselves by uncovering the unconscious forces that shape their lives. I help individuals move beyond temporary solutions and emotional avoidance to confront the true sources of their suffering. Through Jungian psychoanalysis, I support those who are seeking more than symptom relief — those who feel a call to understand their inner world, break free from repetitive patterns, and live with greater purpose and self-awareness. My work is dedicated to restoring psychological integrity and emotional depth, so that each person can live from a place of truth rather than fear, conditioning, or survival. I am committed to offering a therapeutic process that honours the complexity of the human psyche and respects the individual journey toward inner transformation.
